Creation in a state without intention would be the purest form of expression. One would not be affected by their minds constructions

More Expression?

Can you act without any intentional choice? What would it mean to act without choosing your actions? Could you act without intention/choice and also understand which actions you take?

I put my shirt on right before writing this. and now this is the only account of this ever happening.
was that action an action of creation?
does it exist in an artistic space?
if so, is it an unintentional one?
